It is now well established that musical instrument tuition has a beneficial effect on the ability to learn mathematics and languages, as well as being an absorbing skill for life or even a rewarding career, not to mention the enormous social and personal benefits to be gained.
In addition, since January 2001, musical instrument "Grade" exams have been given equivalent points to GCSE's and A-Levels when accumulating points for UCCA University application as well as preparing CV's for employment. |
